Abstract. It is known that there are many children in our country are without speech abilities. They have their own development process. Education for children with hearing impairment is also very important. A lot of work is being done in this area and in Azerbaijan. Children with hearing impairment are usually more likely to represent during school years. Because at this time, their direct contact with the public environment is extremely limited. For this reason, a second defect may occur as a result of the initial defect (auditory analyzer disorder). The child does not develop speech. This apparent lack of self-esteem, in turn, negatively affects all the mental and cognitive functions of the child. This prevents them from forming a normal personality.
