This philosophical conceptions of quality and quantity have always influenced to people's life style through history. In this article the influence of quality conception to management objects, its analytic methods, estimation and quality management methodologies are investigated. The results are analyzed, generalized and recommended.
It is noted that great attention is paid to quality conception, methodology of quality management and fundamental investigations are increased nowadays.
